Treatment of patients with maxillary and mandibular atrophy is a complex challenge in implant prosthetics. In his case report, Dr. Volker Bonatz describes the complete surgical and prosthetic reconstruction in a patient who had severely atrophied jaw anatomy and an insufficient number of residual teeth.
